Download SPD USB driver from here
HOW TO FLASH ITEL A14
Install SPD USB Driver to your Computer
open Flash tool folder double click FactoryDownload.exe
Click on the “load packet button ” select and add the firmware “.pac” inside the extract(unzip) folder and wait for a few seconds this depends on pc speed
Hit the Start Button
Now power off your device and connect to pc with a good USB
wait for flashing to complete.
